We started Wedding Day for one reason. A couple we know married from New Jersey into a wedding in Udaipur, and for a year nobody slept. They were wiring money to people they had never met, in a country they were not in, for a wedding they could not be on the ground for.
It should not be that way. A wedding is the most personal thing a family does. Distance should not turn it into a wire transfer into the dark, and planning from abroad should not mean being sold to.
So we built the studio we wished existed: one planning team, named, that answers to you. A small circle of vendors we have met. Money held in escrow and released only as each milestone is delivered. And a short video from the ground every week, so you watch your wedding come together from your home in Edison or Mississauga or Dubai.
No marketplace noise. No rotating coordinators. Just the wedding, done properly.
